About Me

I’m Sarah Bill. I'm an Integrator, I know you wondering what that is. Well an Integrator is the person who is the tie-breaker for the Leadership Team, is the glue for the organization, holds everything together, beats the drum (provides cadence), is accountable for the P&L results, executes the business plan, holds the Leadership Team accountable, and is the steady force in the organization.

My job is to clear obstacles and lead projects in the right direction, so others have the space and capacity to succeed. Then, I get to elevate myself to do all the higher-value things that I love to do.

Whether it be in Ireland or abroad I'm the behind the scenes person helping make the project a success.

Personally I enjoy finding a new trail, planning the next trip, and drinking the best coffee I can find.

I created this site to inspire others to travel, study and learn with purpose — to grow stronger, more focused, and more inspired every day whether at home or abroad.

My Story

In 2009 I started working in a boarding school and realised that there was a huge opportunity of High School students to learn and see a new country. While in that role I started to do all sorts projects and this is where my journey as an Integrator began. Over the years I developed overseas programs for high school students and continued to grow.  Roll on 10 years and I started working as a consultant.
